Careborne provides advisory support to veterans in reviewing and organizing award documentation in a clean, regulation‑aligned manner, consistent with requirements applicable to HRC, the Army Decorations Board, the ABCMR, and other Branch Personnel Commands.
The focus is on clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the governing regulation in effect during the applicable period, so veterans can submit their materials confidently and accurately.
Careborne maintains an extensive archive of historical and current Army regulations, MILPER messages, and proponent guidance to support accurate understanding of the regulatory standards applicable at the time of service—an area where historical misapplication is common. Careborne is built to stay ahead of those discrepancies and help veterans identify the correct regulatory context for their records.
Careborne organizes service records, sworn statements, operational documents, and supporting evidence into a concise, defensible narrative that addresses gaps and resolves inconsistencies through documented context.
Careborne supports veterans in understanding service‑level personnel and decorations board processes—including HRC (Army), Navy Personnel Command, Air Force Personnel Center, Marine Corps Manpower & Reserve Affairs, Coast Guard Personnel Service Center, and the respective Boards for Correction of Military Records—by helping review and organize documentation, clarify applicable regulatory considerations, and present materials in a clear, well‑organized format.
Careborne supports veterans in developing complete and regulation‑aligned requests for award replacement, reissue, or correction when medals, citations, or orders are lost, damaged, or absent from the official record.
Careborne is committed to addressing misapplied regulations, incomplete reviews, and administrative failures through disciplined research, documentation, and regulatory clarity. The mission is to help veterans understand and present their service accurately and fairly, grounded in the correct historical standard.
